Parkstreet Square

Intent: The edge of this historically African American community defines a northern gateway into the downtown district of Roanoke. The development encompasses an entire city block and features a diversity of land uses including single family homes, apartments, townhouses, retail, offices, community services, and recreational spaces. The buildings are constructed with state of the art, energy efficient components and achieve economy and sustainability trough wood assembly panelization wherever possible.
