Intent: A three story senior living apartment complex for low-to-moderate income residents. Located on a demanding inner city lot, interior neighborhood streets organize the public and private spaces providing easy access to laundry rooms, resident storage, trash removal, interactive support areas, event rooms, a library, community living, activity clusters, outdoor walking trails, and community-raised gardens. A traditional vocabulary articulates these neighborhood streets merging the feel of McCray Court and established neighborhoods where many of McCray's residents grew up and subsequently raised families of their own.
