Intent: Develop a master plan for a wedge of property within an existing community that implements EarthCraft building techniques and sustainable design solutions. An integrated stormwater management plan is intended to capture stormwater, keep on-site and infiltrate it back into the ground, maintaining a net 0% run-off, by using micro rain gardens on each lot and connecting them to a larger community rain garden down-slope.
