Hill Studio has been involved in the design and development of workforce housing for low-to-moderate income families (LMI) since 1992. In that time we have been involved in over 30 projects in the following categories:
Workforce Housing
Rehabilitation of existing houses or new construction of new single family houses in targeted neighborhoods for purchase or rental by qualified LMI families.
Development of single family (LMI ownership) and/or rental developments (communities); new construction and renovation.
Development of Senior Living facilities; new construction and renovation.
Development of mixed-use/mixed income communities.
Renovation
Renovation / adapted reuse of existing buildings for use as commercial and market-rate housing.
