Grandin Theater

Intent: Nominate the Grandin Road Commercial Historic District and renovate the historic Grandin Theatre using state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits.

Location: Roanoke, VA

Size: Historic District (23 buildings, 7 acres), Theater (14,340 square feet; $900,000)

Client: Grandin Theatre Foundation
