Intent: To construct new cottages on Blueberry Ridge just outside the main building complex at Mountain Lake. The cottages are nestled into a wooded, steeply sloped site using low impact site design techniques and offer the guests a truly isolated visit settled within the natural setting with tremendous vistas of the mountains. The one, two, and three bedroom units offer all the conveniences of modern day living with the detailing of the mountain cottage. This project used a design-build delivery method.
